Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our Site, you must comply with these Terms, particularly the Content Standards paragraph below.
You warrant that any such use complies with these Terms and you acknowledge and agree that you will be liable to us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.
Any content you upload to our Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties.

Linking to our Site
You may link to the home page or selected marketing pages of our Site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

Suspension and termination
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of these Terms through your use of our Site.  When a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. 
Failure to comply with these Terms constitutes a material breach and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

  • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site.
  • Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our Site.
  • Issue of a warning to you.
  • Suspension or termination of your account on our Site.
  • Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
  • Further legal action against you.
  • Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of these Terms. The responses described above are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
 
Applicable law
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by UK law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
